The Vagator beach is the nearest beach and is just 10 minutes’ drive from the apartment.
It is the perfect place to unwind after a day of travelling or to simply spend the day indoors drinking in a spectacular view of the village of Siolim.

Detailed description
This Cosy 2 bedroom Apartments rests on the 4 th Floor and does not have a lift facility. It can comfortably accommodate upto 6 guests. It has 2 Air-Conditioned bedrooms with a double beds and 2 extra mattress.

Living Area
The Living are is attached to the dining area and has a ceiling fan and is also air-conditioned . It has 2 fold-able mattress that can be made into 2 sofas. There is a Tv with Tata Sky connection to relax and enjoy some entertainment. and it also has an inverter for power backup. The living opens up to a balcony which has a lovely view of the complex. It also has a clothes dryer in the balcony to dry clothes.

Dining area is living area . It has a dining table with 4 chairs.

Kitchen
The kitchen is separate and is fully equipped with a Double door fridge, microwave, Induction plate , hot water kettle , Water Purifier, frying pan , basic utensils and cutlery for light cooking.

Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom is air-conditioned, with 6’x 5’ long king size bed and a attached bath . It has a Double Door wardrobe, one side tables, a ceiling fan , a 32 inch Tv with Tata Sky connection to relax and enjoy some entertainment. It has a balcony which has view of the road

Guest Bedroom
The Guest Bedroom is air-conditioned, with 6’x 5’ long king size bed and a attached bath . It has a Double Door wardrobe,side , mirror , a ceiling fan , a 32 inch Tv with Tata Sky connection to relax and enjoy some entertainment. It has a balcony with a road view. This bathroom is not attached but shared.

Siolim is a village situated at about 7 kms from Mapusa in the Bardez Taluka of North Goa. It is located around the Chapora River and is well known for the Siolim bridge. The bridge is a landmark here and is a great place from where one can enjoy some scenic sunset views.

Train : The nearest railway station to siolim is Thivim Train Station which is 10 km away from Siolim.
By Bus- Bus services from Kadamba bus stand is available and it is 24 km from panjim to reach Siolim.

This is a private residence and not a hotel. Our property managers and housekeeping executives will be there for your comfort at normal working hours. Please note that any early check –in before 9 AM and any late check out it will be charged accordingly. Also, cleaning of the apt is done on an alternate day basis and does not include cleaning of the utensils. We can also provide cleaning on a daily basis but its chargeable.

Any Check in or check out between 10 P.M. to 9 A.M. is chargeable @ 500/- rupees.
Late check out from 10:00 to 2 PM will be charged 50 % of the daily rate.
Late check out after 2 PM will be charged the full day’s tariff.

1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same.

2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly.
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property. In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.

3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.
