This is a home we share and we appreciate our guests who stay with us. We provide everything you need, mostly imported from Canada like air freshener, towels, slippers, comfortable sheets, kitchenware, appliances, distilled water, toothpaste, soap, etc.
Please do not take any item with you when you leave as a courtesy to the next guests and to the homeowners. If you really like an item, please ask the caretaker.
2. TREAT OUR CARETAKERS LIKE FAMILY. You are not a customer; you are family to us.
We are committed to not just providing a SPACE but a safe and comfortable "HOME" to travelers, where we can accept you as if you're "Family".
Our caretakers work very hard to help make your stay homey. We will not tolerate any disrespectful words or acts towards them.
TIPS, gifts, leftover snacks, are not required but will be gratefully accepted.
3. WATER AND ELECTRICITY USAGE
These are INCLUDED in the rent but at a certain level of usage so please CONSERVE ENERGY.
For guests staying for more than 7 days, we will read the meter before your move in and then on your move out. Our average consumption rate for electricity is 15 KwH per day. Any excess usage will be charged P14.00 per KWH to the guest and will be deducted through the security deposit.
Please turn off water, lighting and air-condition unit when not in use to avoid bill-shock at the end of your stay.
If YOU made the reservation but are NOT accompanying or will arrive later than the other guests, give us the name of the Representative (who will become the Principal Guest). Your Representative Principal Guest will be responsible for any damages so he/she MUST READ and implement the HOUSE RULES among the other guests.
a. IDENTIFICATION UPON BOOKING The Principal Guest MUST submit his/her full name as well as of up to 4 other companions.
b. IDENTIFICATION UPON CHECK-IN All guests must bring a photocopy of their VALID ID's on the day of check-in. Without a photocopy of their ID's, the building security may reject entry even if their names are listed. Guests with no ID's are considered visitors and may not be permitted entry all the time.
c. WARNING: Condo Admin Office is closed on Sundays.
If you book on a Saturday after 2pm to arrive the next day (Sunday), please contact the caretaker immediately (contact details become visible after you book) so that we can submit your papers to the Condo admin office before they close. Otherwise, Security guards will require that you leave your original ID's and return it on Monday when your documents are lodged to the Condo Admin.
Parking space is NOT INCLUDED in your condo booking. There is a parking lot as you enter the complex. The parking fee is P40.00 during day time and P140.00 for overnight parking.
6. NUMBER OF GUESTS
We will accommodate up to 5 registered guests to stay in the unit.
We understand that you will be expecting visitors; this is your home during your stay so feel free to invite guests. However, please respect the maximum number of tenants to "stay" in the unit. If there are more people staying than what was agreed to, additional charges WILL be incurred. This is due to possible excess use of utilities within the unit, including sheets, towels, electricity, water, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc. Any damages or loss caused by your guests is your responsibility and we are not responsible for your guest’s entry and access to the condo premises.
7. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in time is 2PM, check-out at 11AM.
Please be mindful of the check-in and checkout time by informing the caretaker of your schedule, 24 hours beforehand so that they can be there on time. We will try to accommodate early or late check-in and check-out as long as there is no tenant before or after you and if you NOTIFY US AHEAD OF TIME.
Note however that early or late check-in and check-out outside the time indicated herein WILL COST a pro-rated hourly to half-day charge.
8. SECURITY DEPOSIT
Hosts are required to include a security deposit to their listing but these are NOT INCLUDED in the rental cost that you will be paying when you book.
NO damage charges will be made to you unless make a claim within 48 hours after your check out. Security deposits help cover accidents that occur during a reservation, like spilled wine on the rug, un-removable stains, broken appliances, a broken window, or an unreturned key etc.
9. NO MESS, NO PEST.
Please throw your GARBAGE every night to prevent any ants and cockroaches from infesting the place.
IMPORTANT: WASH YOUR DISHES AND PLACE THEM ON THE RACK IMMEDIATELY AFTER EACH MEAL. THESE WILL BE RE-WASHED AND DISINFECTED AFTER YOU LEAVE.
Ask most people to think of the one pest they'd rather not meet and nine times out of ten it's the cockroach! This is an unending problem in the Philippines, anywhere.
We do pest control before and after guests’ stay and tried all sorts of pesticides but the pests still come back specially when they smell food.
10. PLEASE BE POLITE TO SECURITY GUARDS.
The building has appointed strict and highly trained security guards for everyone's safety. They will ask you (even if they know you already) each time you enter and come out, your name and your unit number. Don't be annoyed, and just tell the information, smile and go, they are just doing their jobs. I heard some rude people respond aggressively for no reason (sigh).
11. USAGE OF SWIMMING POOL
There is a charge of P150 for usage of pool per person per usage.
No cotton clothing, foods and drinks allowed in the pool area. Before you take the plunge, you have to register yourself at the admin office. Just ask the friendly security guards where it is and directions will be shown to you.
This is another frustration of mine in the Philippines. Because internet and network services are on high-demand, service providers can't keep their speed. Wi-fi is usually faster in the morning at late at nights. Trust me, I am paying for the best possible home internet service and am more frustrated than anyone.
13. A PLACE FOR EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING IN ITS PLACE
Please put the cutlery and other stuff where you first found them so that we are able to locate them when needed. Note that we reserve the right to claim for any loss or damages, so it will be for your best interests to keep everything in its own place.
