The whole building has round the clock security.
The condominium is centrally located right along EDSA which is the main thoroughfare that connects the main business districts of Metro Manila.
It sits on top of a 2-level mall that houses everything one would need for an urban stay such as:
-- restaurant and coffee shop options
-- hardware and electronics stores
-- bank and ATM machines
-- bookstore and cinemas
-- laundry shop
-- a dental and medical clinic
-- spa, salon/barber shop
There is also a 24-hour 7-Eleven convenience store next to the building.

The accommodation was as stated, however one bathroom had no hot water connected, so really only 1 bathroom available.
One bedroom wardrode was locked so very little clothes storage was available.
A wardrode draw was broken.
Kitchen cupboard doors were loose and do not close properly.
There is no spare bed linen so you need to get to a laundry early in the morning to have clean sheets for the night.
Only 6 towels for 4 people so quick laundry is also required.
Kitchen utensils are very poor. 1 small frypan ... just large enough for 2 eggs has very loose handle that can't be tightened. Just 2 other saucepans and a large rice cooker. Only 2 coffee mugs, 5 cups, no bowels and 2 plastic glasses. I had to go and buy utensils for our needs.
Fridge, microwave and small electric oven working okay
There is no room service available.
Our biggest problem was the house rules. We were not given, or shown a copy of these so had no idea what we could or could not do.
We were fined P500 for hanging wet swimmers and towels on the balcony.
We were warned for letting our 2 daughters (3 and 6 years old) into the shallow pool with the wrong style of swimmers on, although both girls were completely covered.
We were not allowed to have more then 2 guests use the pools.
Every time we wanted to swim we had to go to the office, take a number and wait to be called, then pay P150 per swimmer. The receipt then had to be given to the pool attendant who would sign you in. This process always took 1+ hours.
This was our annual family trip to the Philippines to spend Christmas and New Year with family, but the property house rules forced us to seek alternative accommodation in another hotel that allowed us visitors and to use the facilities.
An additional cost, but worth it so we could enjoy our holiday. So we only used the apartment for 11 out of 21 days that we had paid for and departed 1 day earlier.
A P4000 bond was requested on checking in but was not refunded on checking out so I had to leave a family members bank account details for it to be credited too.
Overall not a good experience and we will certainly not book with them again.

absolutely if ever I go back to metro manila I will use dan`s condo every time
