Great House, Spectacular Views
The Cinco Vistas property was great for our family ski trip. We love the Dollar Point area as it's central to multiple ski locations and close to Tahoe City.
The house is very well laid out and great for large families. The house is built on a hill, which provides great views of the lake, but also does require lots of stairs. The garage is on the street level but the main entrance to the house is down a flight of stairs. The house itself is on three levels (kitchen/living/dining on floor 1, bedrooms on floors 2 and 3). Again, it's very well laid out and comfortable and was a great fit for us, but worth noting for those with mobility issues. The mudroom-style entry was quite nice for a ski trip.
The kitchen is superb and well stocked with pots/pans/utensils and silverware/plates/etc. Huge island is great for prep, and the stove/oven is professional grade. Coffee maker, toaster, etc. are all there. The 10-person dining table was great. Living room and TV setup were solid (Roku with apps), and there's surround sound and Sonos on the main level. Deck off the kitchen/living room is very nice.
Bedrooms were all well appointed and had very comfortable, memory foam beds, with high-quality linens. Bathrooms were modern and had nice towels. The bunkroom would be great for multi-family trip with lots of kids (or big group trip).
Check-in was easy and Property Management was very responsive.
All-in-all, Cinco Vistas is a great house and we'd definitely stay there again!
